It was a busy week last week for First Class with two trips out of school! We have been learning about the Post Office this month. We practised writing our addresses and decided to send Christmas cards to our families. On Tuesday we went to the Post Office to buy our stamps and then posted them in the green post box.
On Wednesday we went to the library. We took part in a Christmas Reading Challenge and were rewarded for our hard work with some stories and a little party. We even got certificates! We really enjoyed our days out.
