Springdalers didn’t let us down in Santry Schools Sports this year. Yesterday four athletes represented us in long distance races. They each ran really well, with two 6th Class girls managing to secure bronze medals.
Today the competition continued with individual sprints and relay races. Two teams made it to finals, while three of our other teams came third in the heats, just missing entry to the finals.
Well done to all our athletes and thank you to Ms. Jackson, Ms. Kenny, Ms. Hogan and Mr. Vincent for accompanying them!
