Springdale National School is a co-educational primary school under the patronage of the Church of Ireland Archbishop of Dublin. We strive to provide a well-ordered, caring, happy and secure environment, where the intellectual, spiritual, physical, moral and cultural needs of the pupils are identified and addressed.
While Springdale National School is a school with a Church of Ireland ethos, it also has due recognition and respect for all other religions. Springdale National School actively encourages the involvement of parents through home/school contacts and through a vibrant Parent Teacher Association.
Springdale National School will endeavour to enhance the self esteem of everyone in the school community. We aim to encourage in the children a respect for people and property and to develop a sense of responsibility. Springdale National School promotes gender equity amongst teachers and pupils.
Springdale National School will strive to promote, both individually and collectively, the professional and personal development of teachers through staff development programmes.
