SPRINGDALE PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION CHRISTMAS RAFFLE– TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms strictly govern your (“you”, “the Player”) participation in the Raffle provided by Springdale Parent Teacher Association (“Springdale Parent Teacher Association”, “us”). By purchasing a Ticket for the Springdale Parent Teacher Association Christmas Raffle, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by these Terms which will form a legally binding contract between you and Springdale Parent Teacher Association. Any breach of these Terms may prevent you from collecting a Prize which would have otherwise been awarded to you.

TERMS
1. THE RAFFLE
1.1 The Raffle is a charity fundraising initiative promoted by Springdale Parent Teacher Association, and the Raffle Proceeds will go towards the Springdale Parent Teacher Association.
1.2 Springdale Parent Teacher Association’s Lottery Permit was granted by the Superintendent of the Garda Síochána on the 6th of November 2017 under the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956-1986.
1.3 Tickets for the Raffle are sold on behalf of Springdale Parent Teacher Association through the Website
1.4 All raffle prizes must be either collected by the winners at Springdale School or alternatively collected by a nominated person confirmed to a member of the Springdale PTA Committee at an agreed upon time
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1. You can only enter the Raffle if you are 18 years old or over (“Minimum Age”). Persons under the Minimum Age shall not be permitted to participate in the Raffle.
