On Friday, May 25th, fourteen girls from 5th and 6th Class left school by minibus to play in the Senior B Girls’ Basketball Tournament in the National Basketball Arena.
For the majority of the girls it was their first time to play basketball at a competitive level and, although they didn’t manage to secure a win, they certainly put up a great fight.
They are already planning on ways to improve their game strategy for next year’s tournament and with another year of coaching in our school basketball club, anything is possible!
