September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. The Banks’ family presented us with April Banks’ bike today to honour our Springdaler and all her fellow heroes who have died of childhood cancer, who are fighting childhood cancer and who are yet to fight.

Springdale National School was selected to be part of a Department of Education project in Ireland’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). As a result, we now have high speed broadband connectivity through the Department of Education School Broadband Programme under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU.
